The Mechanics of our draws
We want to make life easy for you. Just register and open your account, then follow these 3 easy steps:
- Pick the prize you’re after
- Answer the skill question correctly and buy your ticket
- Receive your ticket and wait for the Live Draw
We fix the length of our giveaways but it varies from giveaway to giveaway. The quickest way to find out how long a competition is running is to look at our live competitions page.
You’ll find draw dates published on our site. Each draw takes place live on our Facebook. If you’re the winner, we’ll let you know via the contact details you’ve given us. We’ll also publish our winners on this site.
The competition is open to all residents in the UK and the Republic of Ireland, aged 18 years or over, except members of the immediate families or households of the promoter.
We’ll let you know about each draw individually (just check the details of that draw). The number will be fixed from the start though.
Each draw has its own details. In those details, we’ll make it crystal clear how many tickets have sold and how many tickets are still available.
As soon as you’ve bought the ticket and payment has been processed, we’ll pop you an email with the ticket details.
You’ll see on our live giveaways page that each competition has a fixed number of tickets allocated to it. If you consider how many tickets you have bought versus how many are left, you’ll be able to calculate your odds of winning.
The Maximum number of tickets allocated to the prize is fixed the moment it goes live, so you’ll always be able to see your odds.
Unfortunately not, the purchase of a ticket is final and cannot be either amended or withdrawn.
We’ve all been there. It’s ok. Please use our ‘forgotten password’ feature.
This will vary from competition to competition. You’ll find that information in the competition details though and we can promise you this, the price won’t change once the comp is live.
We take your security seriously, we use a trusted partner to process payments. Trust Payments use high-level security and have anti-fraud systems in place specifically to protect you.
We know how exciting it is to win! We want to communicate to you if you’ve won in a way that taps into that sense of excitement. We’ll be in touch with you via the contact details you’ve registered with us (please make sure your details are entered correctly). Please also check back on the website after each prize draw where the winner will also be featured.
We’ll natter with you once we’ve notified you that you’ve won. We’ll make all the necessary arrangements to get your fabulous prize to you asap.
Listen, we put a lot of love and care into selecting our prizes. We want people to be excited about winning what we’re offering. So, no we don’t offer a cash alternative. Occasionally, for a number of reasons, we may need to offer you either cash or a voucher as a replacement for a prize. This is entirely at our discretion
We will contact you using the registered email and mobile number on your account, so please ensure these are kept up to date. If we are unable to reach you within 28 days we reserve the right to award that Prize as a bonus in a different promotion. The prize may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf.
